What started me on Young Living products was the NingXia Red drink. I had been feeling tried and had no energy. Once I began drinking NingXia Red my energy was back.

I have started to use the essential oils in my Reiki and Reflexology sessions. It is healing and relaxing to my clients. Peace & Calm, Release, Peppermint, Pan Away are just a few oils and oils blends that I use for each session.

Lavender is great for burns. I keep a bottle of Lavender near my stove. I wouldn't think of cleaning my kitchen or bathrooms without my Thieves Household Cleaner. They smells good too.
